Hydra stands behind the products we sell. All products purchased from our store are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee against defects and lack of conformity, in accordance with applicable European Union consumer protection rules.
2-Year Legal Guarantee
The 2-year legal guarantee applies when a product is defective, does not work as expected, does not match the product description, or is not suitable for its normal intended use.
This guarantee does not replace your statutory consumer rights. It is a legal protection for customers buying goods from a professional seller within the European Union.

What Is Not Covered
Warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, incorrect handling, poor maintenance, accidents, modifications, improper storage, exposure to chemicals, excessive heat, sharp objects or use outside the product’s intended purpose.
For diving, freediving, spearfishing and water sports products, warranty does not cover damage caused by rocks, reefs, blades, tools, transport damage after delivery, incorrect fitting, overstretching, excessive force or improper rinsing and drying after use.
Warranty Inspection
All warranty claims are subject to inspection. We may ask for photos, videos, order details and a clear description of the issue before confirming the next steps.
If the product needs to be returned for inspection, please wait for our instructions before sending it back. Products sent without prior communication may be refused or delayed.
Available Solutions
If the warranty claim is approved, Hydra will provide a suitable solution according to the nature of the defect and applicable consumer law.
- Repair of the defective product where possible
- Replacement with the same or equivalent product
- Price reduction where appropriate
- Refund where repair or replacement is not possible or reasonable
Manufacturer Warranty
Some products may also include a commercial manufacturer warranty. Manufacturer warranty terms may vary depending on the brand and product type.
Any commercial manufacturer warranty is additional to your legal rights and does not limit the 2-year legal guarantee provided under applicable consumer protection rules.
How To Make A Warranty Claim
- Contact us with your order number.
- Describe the issue clearly.
- Send clear photos or videos showing the defect.
- Do not continue using the product if this may make the defect worse.
- Wait for our instructions before returning the product.
- After inspection, we will inform you about the decision and next steps.
