Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right, you can return eligible products to Hydra within 30 days after delivery, provided that the item is unused, undamaged and in perfect resalable condition.

 

30-Day Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. Returned products must be in perfect condition, unused, clean, complete and returned with original packaging, tags, manuals and accessories where applicable.

Products showing signs of use, damage, wear, odour, water exposure, dirt, missing parts or damaged packaging may be refused or refunded only partially, depending on the condition of the item after inspection.

 

Return Window

Eligible products can be returned within 30 days after delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.

Perfect Condition

Items must be unused, clean, complete and suitable for resale. Original packaging and product accessories must be returned together with the item.

Refund After Inspection

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. Once approved, the refund is usually processed within a few business days.

 

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and health protection reasons, wetsuits and similar close-contact neoprene products cannot be returned after they have been tried on, worn, used, opened from protective hygiene packaging or otherwise made unsuitable for resale.

Wetsuits are body-contact products. Once worn or tried on, they cannot be reliably resold as new, so we do not accept returns of wetsuits unless the product is faulty or the wrong item was sent.

 

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. The customer is also responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. Hydra is not responsible for return parcels that are lost, delayed, damaged or delivered to the wrong address by the carrier.

 

Refunds

After we receive your return, the item will be inspected. If the return is approved, we will refund the product price using the original payment method where possible.

Refunds are usually processed within a few business days after inspection. The time it takes for the money to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are not refundable. We refund only the price of the returned product, unless the return is caused by our mistake or by a confirmed defective product.

How To Start A Return

  1. Contact us within 30 days after delivery.
  2. Include your order number and the product you want to return.
  3. Wait for our return instructions before sending the parcel back.
  4. Pack the item safely in its original packaging.
  5. Ship the parcel using a tracked delivery service.
  6. After we receive and inspect the item, we will process the refund if the return is approved.
 

Damaged, Wrong Or Defective Products

If you received a damaged, wrong or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue and photos of the product and packaging.

We will review the case and provide further instructions. Please do not send the product back before contacting us.
