These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through Hydra. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.

General Information

Hydra is an online store offering diving, freediving, spearfishing and water sports equipment. Product information, prices, availability and delivery options are presented on the website as clearly and accurately as possible.

We reserve the right to update product information, prices, descriptions, images, availability and website content at any time. If an obvious error appears on the website, we reserve the right to correct it and, where necessary, cancel or amend an affected order before dispatch.

Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate and complete. After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation means that we have received your order request.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, payment is not completed, delivery is not possible, the order contains incorrect information, or there is a clear pricing or product information error.

Prices And VAT

Product prices are displayed on the website in the selected currency. Prices may include or exclude VAT depending on your delivery country, customer type and applicable tax rules.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, EU VAT may not be charged when the order qualifies as an export shipment. Local import VAT, customs duties, brokerage fees or other charges may apply in the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment

We accept available payment methods shown at checkout, including Revolut, bank transfer and PayPal where available. Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

If payment is not completed or cannot be verified, the order may be delayed or cancelled. For bank transfers, please include your order number in the payment reference whenever possible.

Delivery

We ship orders using trusted delivery partners, including UPS, postal services and EMS. Delivery times depend on the destination country, selected shipping method, customs clearance and carrier workload.

Estimated delivery times are provided for information only and are not guaranteed. Customs delays, public holidays, weather conditions and carrier workload may affect delivery time.

Right Of Withdrawal, Returns And Refunds

Consumers in the European Union have a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods. Hydra offers an extended 30-day return period for eligible products, provided that the item is unused, undamaged and in perfect resalable condition.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and for the parcel until it reaches us, unless the return is caused by our mistake or a confirmed defective product. Original shipping costs are not refundable, unless required by applicable law.

Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons may be excluded from return after opening, trying on or use. This includes wetsuits and similar close-contact products where the item cannot be resold as new after fitting or use.

Warranty

Products purchased from Hydra are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee against defects and lack of conformity, in accordance with applicable European Union consumer protection rules.

Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, improper care, incorrect storage, modifications or damage caused during use.

Product Use And Safety

Diving, freediving, spearfishing and water sports involve inherent risks. Customers are responsible for choosing suitable equipment, using it correctly and following all safety instructions, training requirements and applicable local laws.

Product descriptions and recommendations on the website are provided for general information only and do not replace professional training, certification, safety procedures or expert advice.

Product Images And Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to display product information, images, colours, sizes and specifications accurately. However, slight differences may occur due to screen settings, manufacturer updates or product variations.

Account And Customer Information

Customers are responsible for keeping account login details secure and for providing correct contact, billing and delivery information. Hydra is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Limitation Of Liability

Hydra is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of business, delay caused by carriers, customs delays, incorrect use of products, or damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance or failure to follow product instructions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
